Elise is one of the most accommodating, patient and ever prepared persons we've met. My husband and I were one of the last people who asked about a house posting, and she was all ready to still present to us the information, she even prepared a video tour since we were in Montreal, and she was in Gatineau QC area. She wasn't our broker at that time yet. We were really impressed, so we decided to contact her again for another property inquiry instead. And we were not wrong about her! We felt the luckiest when we asked her just ONE HOUR in advanced, if we can visit TWO properties in Gatineau, and she gladly replied with "Yes, I will be there waiting for you!" And more lucky enough we were chosen by the seller! We only visited 2 houses, and our first time, and got chosen! It wouldn't be possible without Elise! She guided us all throughout the way up to the closing date! She also knows a bunch of people who she can refer for notary, house inspection, contractors, name it, she got it!
